Black History Month - Cooking Jollof Rice in Food Technology

In honor of Black History Month, students will be making jollof rice with Miss Johal. Jollof rice is a popular dish in West Africa that is made with rice, tomatoes, onions, and spices. It is a delicious and comforting dish that is perfect for sharing with friends and family.

Miss Johal is a passionate educator who is committed to teaching her students about Black history and culture. She believes that it is important for students to learn about the contributions of Black people to our world, and she is excited to share the recipe for jollof rice with her students.

We are excited to celebrate Black History Month with our students by making jollof rice. We hope that this experience will help our students to learn more about the contributions of Black people to our world and to appreciate the rich culture of West Africa.
